This recipe came about because I had one (1) avocado that was just a little too ripe and I didn’t want to make guacamole again. A friend suggested I make a smoothie out of it. While I was skeptical at first, it turns out that avocados make an extremely creamy smoothie base. And they’re mild in flavor, to the point that you almost can’t tell they’re there. Not only is this avocado smoothie really naturally delicious, it’s as simple and quick as they come!
