They’re chewy, crunchy, and packed with flavor. Baked steel cut oats have it all, featuring sliced apples, almonds, chia, and oats for a healthy and hearty meal. They’re also super quick to throw together — just one bowl and 15 minutes necessary. Admittedly, they take a bit longer to actually bake. The hardest part is waiting for these oats to come out of the oven, but they’re so worth the wait! The lovely texture is a delight to taste, and the aroma of cinnamon and butter will have you coming back for seconds. If, by some chance, you have leftovers, these oats will be just fine in the fridge. So you can reheat them later for a ready-made meal. Naturally eggless, really moist, and perfect on a rainy day — these sweet apple baked steel cut oats will become your favorite easy breakfast.
